Our driver was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming, and he made us feel right at home in Bali. The car was comfortable and the ride was smooth. A perfect start to our vacation.

This is the second time we have used the porter and lounge service and I would not travel any other way. Ayunda met us at the contact point and had been chatting to myself and my driver before hand. She was so polite and professional. The experience of getting us through the baggage points and through customs was seamless. Then off to the lounge where she stayed with us until we found a space we wanted to sit. Highly recommend this service.

We had a Meet and Greet with Dana at the drop off zone. He was fantastic and looked after us very well, right through the check-in to walking us to the lounge. The lounge was very comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. Thank you so much and we will see you next time we visit Bali.

Could not fault this service. So professional and the communication was excellent. Got messages as soon as booked. The whole experience was seamless and super quick, from drop off at the airport (which was pre-booked) to the lounge was a matter of minutes. Five star all the way. I would definitely use this service again. Oh and the lounge had an excellent array of food and drinks - even cocktails made to order 👌

1st of all, the communication was excellent via online. Any question was promptly answered. Check-in was excellent and easy. Service was friendly and extra helpful. After the recent lounge upgrade, it certainly puts other lounges around the world I have used to shame. Calming and relaxed vibe throughout. Showers were so cool, 3 different settings on shower head and then a separate one for lower body. Simple yet delicious food, easily accessible, clean, and labelled clearly. We relaxed for 2.5 hours and almost missed our flight back to Melbourne it was that good. Thank you so much for having us. This lounge is worth more than 5 stars.

Super easy, friendly service. They prompted us for everything we needed and even took care of our VoA as well, not just the concierge service. They collected our bags and took us to our awaiting transfer service (not organised via Tondest). Especially easy with 2 young tired kids in tow. Highly recommend.
