This service is provided to help you go through airport procedures during your international flight with your personal VIP assistant, which will provide you with convenience and comfort.

Booking Requirements

Please input your flight details at the checkout page

Please input complete name for all passenger

Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival

Please upload your document arrival

 

How To Redeem

You can present either a printed or mobile voucher.

The voucher is valid only on the date specified.

  • ✓Staff will standby in designated meeting point
  • ✓Staff will assist the guest's luggage and escort to check in counter
  • ✓Staff will direct guests to go through all the Security CheckPoint and immigration on their own
  • ✓Staff will stand by at After Immigration area
  • ✓Staff will escort guest to boarding gate or designated area
  • ✕VIP Line for all counter
  • ✕Passport & Visa Problem.
  • ✕Visa on Arrival (VOA) fee
  • ✕Over Carried Goods through Customs.
