This service includes access to an exclusive airport lounge where you can relax before your flight, along with priority assistance during check-in, immigration, and security clearance.
Important Information
Lounge access is available after the check-in process is completed. (Check-in counters generally open 2–3 hours before boarding time.)
Lounge usage is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.

Please note: Wheelchair requests must be arranged directly with the airline. Our Personal Assistant (PA) can only assist in collecting or claiming the wheelchair at the airport.
